If you need to send in your parts to us for service, print our service form and send it to us together with the goods. To be able to help you with a fast and effective service arrangement, we ask you to fill out a detailed description of the problem as possible.

We have products to borrow if you do not have the possibility to spare your product.
We can also troubleshoot via GSM-modem.


Minimum charge for troubleshooting/repair is 450 SEK. This is including a cost estimation. Claims that has been exposed for inappropriate use or internal/external damage will not be accepted.
